Customer Success Account Manager (Remote)

As a Customer Success Account Manager for Gamalon, you’ll be responsible

for ensuring customers are getting as much value as possible from our

product. Gamalon is building a customer-first product supported by a

customer-first team.

What You'll Do

Because Gamalon supports trial of the product, Customer Success engagements extend from

pre-sales to post-sales.

● Support trial customers (pre-sale) in evaluating Gamalon

● Help onboard new customers (do whatever it takes post-sale support)

● Become a power-user of Gamalon products, learning how to use

existing capabilities to deliver more value to customers and prospects

● Help transfer customer feedback to product and marketing

● Manage customer relationships post-sale, making sure they feel they

are getting everything they need from Gamalon as a product and a


● Support sales and product (as a power user) in proposing solutions to

customers and helping understand if a customer use case lines up

with product functionality

What We're Looking For

● BA/BS (MBA/Master preferred)

● 2+ years of experience in SaaS, Customer Success, Account

Management, Business Development, or another customer-facing role

● Experience in working with marketing or customer experience

applications or projects

● Must have a passion for problem solving and making customers


● Ideally will have had experience with web or user analytics tools

● Ability to create structure in ambiguous situations

● Bias for action

● Passion for technology and for being a part of a fast-growing SaaS


● Experience working with cross-functional teams (e.g. Sales, Product,

Marketing, Services)


+ Organized and thorough, detail oriented

+ Solid grasp of language and should enjoy working with it

+ Not afraid of marketing use cases

+ Willing to work until things are done, no 9-5ers

+ Wants to work with customers

+ Needs to solve problems or can’t sleep

+ Doesn’t have to be technical

+ Might have some coding experience, but shouldn’t secretly want to be

a developer

+ Doesn’t wait for others to make decisions
