Who We Are

Gamalon is building the next generation of AI-driven conversational agents. We’ve created the first chatbot that learns to talk to customers simply, without laborious decision trees or labeling training data. Gamalon’s AI can help customers better, and more efficiently than humans, with substantially less implementation effort than our competition.

We’ve seen great success with our early customers, and are expanding our product to fit new use cases. We are now heading into rapid expansion, with a fully self-service onboarding flow for new customers to sign up and deploy a chat bot to their website.  We’re working to optimize this experience, as well as building the tools and automation needed to help customers rapidly scale the knowledge of our bots in a user-friendly, intuitive way.

Named on MIT Technology Review’s 50 Smartest Companies, we create learning machines with new ways for humans and machines to collaborate and learn from one another.

We have filed 74 patents on our technology stack. Gamalon’s conversational AI products are based on a technology platform developed from over $35M of DARPA funded R&D in collaboration with Stanford and MIT, and a $20M Series A led by Intel Capital to commercialize the technology.

Gamalon is looking for a remote, principal front-end engineer to lead development of our core customer-facing UI components.  This person will work closely with product, design, and the rest of the engineering team to build a frictionless experience for our customers, helping them easily teach our AI in a gamified, friction-free environment.  They will bring passion, generosity, and a relentless customer focus to their work, and be a role model for the rest of the team.
